How can I track my order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can click the link to see real-time updates on your shipment’s progress.
You can also track your order directly on our website by clicking the “Track My Order” link in the menu or footer and entering your order number and email.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
Can I schedule a delivery date in advance?
Absolutely. Leave us a note during checkout or contact us directly if you’d like your order to arrive during a specific time window.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is also available for wholesale orders—please contact us directly.

Are your products fresh or artificial?
All of our products are 100% fresh and sustainably harvested from the Pacific Northwest. We do not sell artificial greenery. *Some decorations may be artificial
How are your products packaged and shipped?
Our greenery is carefully bundled and shipped in moisture-controlled boxes to preserve freshness during transit. We pack each order to minimize damage and dehydration.
How long will my greenery last?
With proper care, our fresh greenery can last anywhere from 1–3 weeks depending on the type. Keeping them cool and hydrated helps extend shelf life.
Do your products come with instructions or care tips?
Yes! We include care tips with most of our fresh products. You can also find care information on the product pages.
